Employee Family Assistance Program
The Employee Family Assistance Program (E.F.A.P.) is under the direction
of Brown Crawshaw's Coaching Line. This is a consultation service which
provides the caller with an opportunity to begin to discuss, reflect upon
and review avenues that might resolve, or a least make some impact upon,
employee behaviours that are affecting the workplace.
The situations presented tend to be those stemming from an employee's personal problems, behaviours, or personality issues that pose questions, anxiety, frustration, worry or empathy on behalf of the caller.
