These Are Some Things That
Are Not Allowed:
- Use of the Internet for any illegal purpose
- Use chat sites
- The sending, displaying, or downloading of offensive messages or
pictures
- Use of impolite, abusive, or obscene language
- Harassing, insulting or attacking others
- Damage to computers, computer systems or computer networks by
spreading viruses, destroying data, or otherwise
- Violation of copyright laws by copying without permission, or by
downloading or uploading software
- Use of others' passwords
- Trespassing into unauthorised systems, folders, work or files of
others
- Intentional waste of resources
- The posting of chain letters or "spamming". Spamming is sending an
annoying or unnecessary message to a large number of people.
- Use of the network for commercial purposes
- Any other use not consistent with Board policies.
