Welcome to the Help Desk

The Technology Department now operates a help desk for everyday technology issues, including training. If you have a technology problem, or you would like to arrange some training time, please contact Martyn Bampton at the Kimberley Board Office for assistance.

Help Desk hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday (please leave a message outside of these times).

The aim of the help desk is to provide a first line of support for users. If a problem can not be remedied over the phone, or through the network, a site visit by a member of the Technology Department will be arranged.
