Golden is located at the northern end of our school district in Kicking
Horse Country. With a population of around 4000 Golden has a small town feel
and welcoming atmosphere. The local scenery is breathtaking and Banff is
only a two hour drive away. There are six school sites within the Golden zone.

Windermere
Situated at the northern end of Lake Windermere and close to the Panorama
Mountain Village Ski Resort, the Windermere area is a popular location at
any time of the year. Invermere is currently growing and changing from a
rural community to an area of diverse tourism. Several resort communities
are within this zone, including Radium and Fairmont Hotsprings, Banff and
Calgary are less than half a day's drive away. Windermere is centrally
located within our school district and has six school sites.Links

Kimberley
A former mining town, Kimberley has shifted its economic focus to its ski
resort and golf courses. Kimberley has a distinctly European feel with its
Platzl and accordion championships. With a population of around 7000 and
proximity to Cranbrook, Kimberley has many larger town amenities, it is
also one of the highest cities in Canada at an elevation of 3651 ft. and
located at the southern end of our school district. Five school sites make
up the Kimberley zone.
