While many SD6 schools celebrated the Winter "Take Me Outside Day" in a variety of ways, Mr. Dainard's class at JA Laird in Invermere had a whole TMO week! Students learned many skills and even shoveled a neighbor's driveway.
Walter MacDonald White Bear is a Cree singer-songwriter originally from the First Nation of Moose Factory, Ontario. He is a celebrated motivational speaker, musician, singer and story teller; he performed at Edgewater and Windermere on February 8.
