This plan is guided by the current 4-year strategic plan using a variety of student data as the foundation for decision making, schools develop school success plans that identifies targets for improving student learning.

Rocky Mountain School District is currently in the process of hiring a new Superintendent of Schools. The Board of Education has hired Boyden Executive Search team to aid us in this process.

In this initial phase Boyden is seeking feedback from all our staff, students, parents, and partners through an online survey. Information provided will be used to help formulate our position posting and candidate profile, which will contain the characteristics to be sought in an ideal candidate.
