This plan is guided by the current 4-year strategic plan using a variety of student data as the foundation for decision making, schools develop school success plans that identifies targets for improving student learning.

After School Coordinator
Eva Joseph Learning and Cultural Society has a great opportunity for the right person to be the After School Coordinator at Windermere Elementary School. This is a parttime position, will work up to 25 hours per week from September to June.

The Program Coordinator will have experience with school aged kids and/or Early Childhood. Provide an inclusive and welcoming program. You will follow the philosophy of the Eva Joseph Learning and Cultural Society, and work closely with Leadership Team at Little Badgers Early Learning. Starting wage depending on experience is $25/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Offer a safe and inviting place for children to go after a day at School
• Staff and schedule the After School Program staying in the correct Teacher/Student ratio
• Follow the BC Licensing Regulations
• Communicate closely with the Lead Teacher and General Manager
• Communicate with the Principal and Teachers of Windermere Elementary School
• Communicate with parents and guardians
• Keep up to date reports

The successful candidate must have:
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong skills in Planning and organizing
• A clear criminal record check for vulnerable persons
• Complete a 20 hr. Responsible Adult Course
• Up to date immunization record
• Possess a valid Child Safe First Aid Certificate or willing to take
• Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Must be 19 years or older
