Each year, as part of a continuous improvement cycle, Rocky Mountain School District develops an operational plan that outlines the goals and strategies that will be the focus of the work for the upcoming year. This plan is guided by the current 4-year strategic plan using a variety of student data as the foundation for decision making, schools develop school success plans that identifies targets for improving student learning.

Chairperson and Superintendent welcome students and families to the 2022-2023 school year

On behalf of the Board of Education and all staff of School District No. 6 (Rocky Mountain), we want to welcome all our students and families back to school today! We hope you all had a good, sun-filled summer with your families and friends.

Our staff are excited to welcome all the smiling faces back into our schools and they are anxious to hear about all the fun things they did over the summer.

This year, we are looking forward to re-imagining and re-energizing learning for all of our students as we emerge from the dark cloud of the pandemic. We are very excited to welcome parents and community back into the schools; your presence has been missed. We look forward to your participation and continued support.
