Four students artwork selected to be the Premier's holiday cards

Each year, the Premier of BC features student artwork  on their holiday cards. A number of students from J. A. Laird submitted possibilities, and four students had their work selected.

Lilla Gillies, Brooklyn Van Meeteren, Addison Sveen and Ellie Statham were our successful artists. Each student received a certificate of thanks from the Premier, as well as 2 copies of their holiday cards.

In his letter to the school, Premier Eby congratulated the students, “whose artwork I am honoured to use for the front of my cards.”  He went on to state that,  “I very much enjoyed reviewing the illustrations to see what students thought best represented the holiday season.”
