Each year, as part of a continuous improvement cycle, Rocky Mountain School District develops an operational plan that outlines the goals and strategies that will be the focus of the work for the upcoming year. This plan is guided by the current 4-year strategic plan using a variety of student data as the foundation for decision making, schools develop school success plans that identifies targets for improving student learning.

Join SD6 on Feb 28 for a presentation called Supporting Youth Being Targeted by Aggression, Cyberbullying, Threats, Hacks, and Violence

We are pleased to announce that SD6 has coordinated with schools to offer presentations on digital literacy and on-line safety for students and parents/caregivers this school year. The presentations will be facilitated by the White Hatter from February 26-28.

The sessions being offered will be age appropriate for students in Grades 4-12 and delivered in a HD Live Broadcasting format on February 26-28.

  • On Monday, February 26, 2024 students in grades 4 and 5 will receive a presentation called Digital Literacy and Internet Safety for Students Ages 9-11 (Grade 4-5)
  • On Tuesday, February 27, 2024 students in grades 6 and 7 will receive a presentation called Cyberbullying and Online Personal Protection Ages 12-13 (Grade 6-7)
  • On Wednesday, February 28, 2024 students in grades 8-12 will receive a presentation called Cyberbullying, Sexting, Sextortion, Nudes, AI Intimate Images, and The Law Ages 14+ (Grade 8-12)
