Golden Secondary School received a piece of history recently from a community member.   

The community member donated a record that was recorded by the GSS concert bands in 1975.   

Under the direction of Mr. A. Lehtonen, a graduate of the UBC music program in 1971, the album was recorded in the old school gymnasium (now the community Rec-Plex)

The record has been digitized and is available on GSS' YouTube channel for everyone to listen to.
